Kagami Biraki – New Year’s Eve Sake Ceremony
On New Year’s Eve, guests are invited to take part in Kagami Biraki, a traditional Japanese sake barrel-opening ceremony symbolizing new beginnings and shared celebration. Sake will be offered to guests on the evening and will remain available into early January.

Live Entertainment on New Year’s Eve
Join us on 31 December for live entertainment featuring a singer and guitarist, creating a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere as we welcome the New Year together.

Complimentary New Year’s Soba
In keeping with Japanese tradition, complimentary New Year’s soba noodles will be served to guests on 31 December, symbolizing longevity and good fortune for the year ahead.
